My two kids went to a private high school that prides itself on getting virtually all its graduates into college. In counselor seminars and discussions with students, I heard all kinds of career paths discussed –- such as in law, medicine, business, science, academia –- but never an utterance of the word “manufacturing.”
Ironically, my own kids, whose father owns a manufacturing software company, don’t have the slightest interest in manufacturing.

It’s a shame that manufacturing has almost zero appeal among young people. With a lower dollar and a favorable long-term energy outlook, manufacturing in the United States is experiencing a renaissance. At a time when recent college graduates are struggling to find jobs and have moved back home with mom and dad, good paying manufacturing jobs are going unfilled.
In her article “American Mismatch”, Julian Kay Melchior points out that some 48 percent of manufacturing companies are looking to hire at present, yet 67 percent of manufacturing companies see a moderate to severe shortage of skilled workers. According to one report, as many as 600,000 manufacturing jobs went unfilled last year.

Meanwhile, for fear of crossing Norquist and losing his favor, Republicans for years have been turning a blind eye to all his ties to shady Muslim individuals and groups. If they signed his tax pledge, they were effectively pledging also not to make trouble about the access and influence he was facilitating for people linked to the Muslim Brotherhood. Thus was removed the only possible effective counterweight to the Democrats’ active collaboration with Islamic supremacists.

hey nice video really i leanrt something.nw understand my problem u shown this video on single environment.will this trick will work if i format my pc and reinstall oracle and create a database with same name and replace all files from this directory to older backup then can i get my older database back?????
